This Privacy Policy describes how Rexpt Corp (“Rexpt Corp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal information in connection with Pounce (also known as Pounce Field), our mobile application, related websites, and customer-support interactions.
Pounce is designed for business users who collect and manage information about their own leads and contacts. For personal information that a business user uploads about its leads, that business ordinarily determines why the data is collected and how it is used; Rexpt Corp processes such information to provide the service and as otherwise permitted by law. For account, billing, security, and direct website information, Rexpt Corp may make its own processing decisions.
1. Personal Information We Collect
Account and user details
Name, email address, phone number, login and account identifiers, profile information, business affiliation, account preferences, and communications with support.
Business profile and personalization context
Company or business name, a description of what the business does, products or services being promoted, communication style preferences, and other information entered to help tailor AI communications.
Leads, contacts, and captured records
Lead names, phone numbers, email addresses, companies, job titles, websites, business-card images or extracted details, source tags, interest labels, notes, follow-up goals, and other information uploaded, scanned, or entered by an account user.
Event and appointment information
Event names, dates, venues, locations entered or selected by users, descriptions, audiences, attendance purposes, associated leads, scheduled meeting details, timezones, links, calendar identifiers, and reminder status.
Communications and AI activity
Email or SMS content generated or sent through Pounce, metadata such as timestamps, channels and delivery outcomes, planned or edited follow-up schedules, AI decision reasons, and AI-call activity. Where available and enabled, this may include call recordings, transcripts, summaries, and call outcomes.
Technical and usage information
Device and operating-system information, app version, IP address, access logs, diagnostic data, crash reports, and records of use of features or settings. Where relevant, we may also process information needed to protect accounts, detect abuse, and operate notifications.
Subscriptions and payments (where offered)
Plan selection, subscription status, billing or invoice information, transaction references, and related support records. Payment details may be collected and processed by a third-party payment provider rather than directly by Pounce.
2. Where Information Comes From
We receive information directly from you or your organization, from information you enter or scan into Pounce, from use of the app or website, and from third-party services you choose to connect (for example, a calendar or communications provider). Information about a lead is often provided by the business user who created that lead; Pounce does not independently verify every record.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information, as appropriate, to:
- Register users, manage accounts, provide customer support, and secure access.
- Capture and organize leads, business cards, events, sources, notes, and business-profile context.
- Generate AI-assisted email/SMS drafts, calling context, follow-up goals, and outreach plans.
- Schedule or execute authorized follow-up actions, confirmations, and reminders, subject to applicable settings and service capabilities.
- Connect calendars and other integrations at a user’s request.
- Display communication history, activity logs, lead and event summaries, and service notifications.
- Manage available subscription, billing, and support processes.
- Prevent fraud or abuse, troubleshoot errors, measure reliability, and improve security and service performance.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.
4. AI Processing and Automated Decisions
Where AI features are used, relevant lead details, business-profile information, event context, notes, goals, prior communication history, and scheduling settings may be processed by AI service providers to generate content, recommend outreach actions, summarize interactions, or support voice-agent behavior.
AI can produce errors. Account users should review important information and configure outreach rules appropriately. Pounce may apply system controls before scheduling or sending communications. AI decisions about outreach timing or channels are intended to assist with business workflows; they are not a promise that the lead will engage or that a meeting will occur.
Data submitted to third-party AI providers is subject to applicable provider arrangements.
5. App Permissions and Connected Services
Pounce may request camera access when you choose to scan a business card or other lead material. Depending on features enabled, the app may request notification permissions or an authorization to connect to a supported calendar. Pounce does not need to assume that your device location is continuously tracked simply because you enter an event venue.
You may manage device permissions in your device settings and revoke connected-service access using supported account or provider controls. Turning off a permission or disconnecting a service may limit associated features.
7. Contact Permission and Outreach Responsibilities
Businesses using Pounce are responsible for deciding whom they may contact, for providing legally required notices, obtaining any required consent, maintaining suppression lists, and honoring unsubscribe or do-not-contact requests. A lead may contact the business that approached them to exercise communication preferences; requests sent to Rexpt Corp will be assessed and, where appropriate, referred to the relevant business customer.
8. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable privacy laws require a legal basis, processing may depend on performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, consent where required, or compliance with legal obligations. For personal data processed on behalf of a business customer, that customer is generally responsible for identifying the lawful basis for its lead collection and outreach.
9. Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, fulfill legitimate operational needs, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and prevent abuse. Specific retention periods depend on the type of information, account status, vendor arrangements, and applicable law.
When data is deleted from active systems, limited copies may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or records that must be preserved by law.
10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and relationship to Pounce, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, portability of, restriction of, or objection to the processing of personal information. Certain rights may be subject to exceptions. Contact support@rxpt.us to submit a request; we may need to verify your identity.
If Rexpt Corp handles relevant information on behalf of a business customer, we may ask you to direct the request to that business or assist the business in responding, as required by applicable law.
11. Account Deletion and Connected Data
Pounce account holders may request account deletion through any in-app deletion tool available for their account, or by contacting support@rxpt.us. A request will be handled subject to identity verification, legal retention obligations, and our applicable deletion procedures. Deleting a Pounce account does not necessarily delete content held independently by services you connected, messages already received by other people, or records held by other businesses.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational controls intended to protect information, but no application, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You should use appropriate device security, protect login details, and limit access to your account and connected services.
13. International Processing
Rexpt Corp and its service providers may process information in more than one country. Where legally required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
14. Children
Pounce is a business-oriented service, not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, please contact support@rxpt.us.
15. Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the service, our information practices, or applicable law. We will publish the updated policy with a new Last Updated date and provide additional notice where required.
